I ♥ Charmy Kitty

As suggested by MeiFang, we went for dinner @ Sakae Sushi. I can't remember how long I have never been there. But the menu is still the same. Their standards has dropped tremendously.

Currently, they had a promo that is $1 for all the blue plates. Quite reasonable for some of the items only.

WeeXiong was late. So by the time he arrived, we were 40% full. So we ask him to order only for himself and we can only help in abit. But in the end, we ended up with excess. Haha! Even WeeXiong can't take it. Hehe! The premium sushi was too much. I feel if they had cut each sushi into half the size, we won't feel bloated when looking at it. It's a bit too big to be stuff into the mouth also. Haha!

WeeXiong's personal curry udon. Haha! In the end, it was not a personal one. Coz it smell so nice and we start to tax him for bits and pieces of the chicken and udon. Haha! I think I tax the most.

Actually I'm very happy that the 3 of them still make an effort to make me on a Wednesday night to celebrate my birthday as a belated one. Coz I have been too busy the previous week. I totally had no time to meet them. Most days in the week, I'm away in Malaysia.

Although it's a very simple one, but it's enough. It's the though that counts. They had accompany through the happy times. Bringing lots of joy and laughter into my life. Thanks for MeiFang in introducing them to me. Although weeks ago we had been discussing about some unhappy past, but it's all deleted in my memory. Now we are in a different group. Things will be changed.

Thanks to Meifang for shopping around for my pressie. I knew the boys will not be able to do it. Hehe! Coz I'm too fussy??!!

Anyway, I love them lots... Thanks to WeeXiong, Terence, ShiXiong, HongYe, PingHan, CheeMing and Meifang for sharing the pressie.

The calculator will be stationing in my office and accompany me through the hard times. The diamante sticker will be kept first and I can't stick them on my NDS Lite which is with my glitter cover on currently. The shower band will only be used when I go on holidays.... Every time I forgot to bring my hair band along. So got problem when cleansing my face. For the stamps, I will keep them nicely in my photos album. Hehe!

Now the next in the birthday queue is MeiFang & WeeXiong. I got to work double hard for them liao... Hehe! Got to plan early or else their schedule will be fully booked!!! Especially our dearest MeiFang.

I knew it was belated birthday celebrations but I don't mind. It was the sincerity that the girls had shown. I'm very happy that they still make the effort to celebrate for me. Not only that, they also got me a gift. It's 3 dresses. 1 formal, 1 sundress alike and 1 babydoll dress top.

As all of us are staying in the west, so we pick Jurong Point as the venue. Haha! And I'm the first to reach as Mary was caught in a jam.

We went to Din Tai Fung for dinner. I love 小笼包 alots... So we ordered 10pcs to be shared among the 3 of us. Hehe!

We also took a few pictures while waiting for the food to be served. As usual, the food was served quite fast @ Din Tai Fung. :-D Thus our hungry stomach need to be starved too long. Hehe!

We almost took some photos while waiting @ Haagen Dazs. The waitress was also very friendly in helping us to take photos. :-) Haha! She even ask which model was my camera. Keke! I start to think... is my camera very good and popular? Or becoz of the ugly diamante which were dropping off? Hehe!

I just realised that Haagen Dazs is also celebrating their 25th Anniversary... Haha! We are of the same age...

I'm a year older today...

Hehe! And it's our last day for our Malaysia trip.

It has been a fun-filled trip. I got quite a number of things for myself. Only regret is never get any shoes or clothes.

Before we set off back to Singapore, we went down to the city area again. It is to see if we can grab any last items.

We also went for a fabulous lunch at Halo Cafe. It's more like a 名歌餐厅. But the singing only starts in the evening. Their promotion there is very valuable.

We took up their main course promo which buy 1 main course & get 1 free drink(from their drinks menu - e.g. bubble tea). On top of that, there's a 20% discount off the bill.

But there's one thing that deserve to be criticized. Their service is very lousy. They took the order and serve the wrong food. We ask for 1 orange-mayo chicken chop & 1 teriyaki chicken chop as we were told that there were no more fish items available. In the end, both was served with fish fillet. Weird right? Not only that, their service is very slow. Think only 1 chef in the kitchen that cooks for all items. Haiz...

By the way, Halo Cafe also give complimentary car park coupons when you spend above RM20 in a bill. We got that and save RM2. Keke!

After lunch, we went for quick shopping and Darling manage to get a top & Bermudas. Then we drove back to his Grandma house to do abit of packing then head back to Singapore. His grandma also follow us after some persuasion. I also ask Darling to get her to join in his graduation photo taking.

I love these photos the most. Whenever I look at it, I can feel the sweetness in the air. I love my Darling lots. Really can't without him. He is really my dearest.

We went down to the city area and shopped there for 1 whole day. Haha! Just in one mall and there are so many things that we can shop.

We manage to get games for our consoles and Darling got another set of controller. Now he got 2 controllers and we can play together. Haha!

Our brunch is just sushi. So by late afternoon, we were hungry again. Thus we went to Tako Hut to snack. Hehe! Verbally is 'snack' but in the end, we ordered alot. Hehe! We just love eating. So cannot blame us.

This is the amount of food we ordered. It cost ard RM30 I think. I can't really remember the exact amount.

After that, we went to shop again before heading back to his grandma house at 6.30pm. Then we went for dinner with Grandma and his cousin at the nearby coffee shop. I love the shredded chicken soup they served. It's very yummy. :-)

I think I made a wrong choice for my pre-birthday celebrations with Yan, Joyce & Yvonne. Haha! I didn't know the atmosphere would be so warm... Haiz... I was only told that the pizza there was yummy. Haha! So I wanna try out.

Sorry babes to make you all walk a long long way up the hill and we had to suffer through the warm environment. Our Miss Jiali made the right choice this time. Haha! Actually she is forgiven for not attending la. Coz she has a medical appt.

We started to do some warm-up exercises... ... photo-taking.

I feel this is a very classic one. Each of us has different poses. So cute!!! Haha!

We started to order food and beverages. The decision making was a tough one. We can't decide to have red or white wine. And we had to discuss for quite a while on whether to have the house wine or premium wine. Haha!

In the end, we started with a bottle of white (Oyster Bay) which comes with a complimentary pizza(plain - with cheese & base only). The meat topping that we pick for the pizza is Roasted Duck. (additional $4 for meat topping) It tasted like Peking Duck. Very special. 1 thing to note - Pizza has to be eaten while it's hot. But we were too busy with photos and chit chatting till we didn't really enjoy it alot.

We also ordered 1 creamed triple mushroom soup, 1 cream of broccoli, 1 Seafood Platter and 1 German Sausages with Mash Potato. All the food are shared among 4 of us.

We also ordered 1 house red after we finished all the food items. For the house red, it comes with complimentary chicken wings. As we were all too full, Yvonne packed it back home for her mum. :-)

We started to take funny photos with the sausages as suggested by Yvonne. I felt so awkward at the start. But in the end, I manage to overcome it. Haha! It very comical. There are some shots that I had 笑场. I'm not good at imagination for all these things. I'm good at thinking negative things which is not good at all.

Definitely Joyce & Yan did a better job. They are totally so engrossed in it. *whistle whistle*

After all the fun n excitement, we get down to something decent. We got the Timbre staff to bring us my mini birthday cake bought by Yan. The girls also present me my pressie - Wii Fit. I love them lots. And our dearest Yan make a special trip to Jurong Point to get me a Hello Kitty Balloon.

Birthday wishes are being made and cake has been eaten, we continue with our favorite program again... Photo-taking!!!

All 2 and one 3... Haha! Anyone can figure who is the special one? Well, that pose is her favourite!!! Coz Jiro did that too. Haha!

Cheers and toasts to our bright future... Haha!

Some casual shots of the night... There are too many to blog on. So Yan sort all the photos and design them up nicely. Thanks to our dearie Yan for the hardwork.

We took lots of photos and Polaroids. Thanks to Yan for the pretty Hello Kitty Polaroids and Joyce for her precious camera which was purchase to take her 'lover' - Jiro Wang.

Side track... I wonder who is the main lead of the night...Haha! :-D

Finally, I wanna thanks the girls - Jiali, Yuyan, Joyce & Yvonne for making efforts in celebrating my birthday for me. Love you girls lots lots. It's a very memorable 25th Birthday celebration.

Lastly, thank you very much for the pressie. It's a very valuable pressie. Now I can do some workouts with my new Wii Fit. Hehe! :-)

(By the way, I'm not the main lead of the night. We already came up with the answers... Surprisingly, it was the Balloon, German Sausages & Cake. Haha! Coz we keep using them for our photos. Especially the balloon. :-D)

I love my bosses & colleagues.

Haha! Sorry if I had made anyone confused. I love them as a family. Not those relationship. My relationship lover only got one and only which is my Darling.

I was taken aback and wasn't prepared for any birthday celebrations at office. I thought there will be none as my actual day falls on Sunday and I had taken leave earlier on 16th & 17th Apr.

But they prove me wrong. They had actually bring forward the celebration for me. My bosses actually wanted to take me out for lunch that day but I got another appointment so I 'flew' their kite. Ooops! I'm very naughty right? Luckily they are very understanding bosses. And during lunch time, they got a cake for me.

It's a yummy tiramisu from Bake Inc.

They even sang birthday song for me. I'm now filled with their wishes. :-)

Thank you very much to all my bosses & colleagues for celebrating my birthday in advance. :-)

P/S: It's always nice to know that there are someone out there remembers your birthday.

Every year, without fail, my this group our colleagues(ex) will celebrate my birthday for me with a cake. :-) But sad to say, the group is getting smaller and smaller...

This year, the same tradition goes on and they got me a Hello Kitty Cake from Polar Puffs & Cake.

The dinner venue was @ Chinatown. The shop name is 中国餐厅. Actually I was asked to choose the place I wanted. But I don't know what to have and was having a small craving of Xiao Long Bao.

Surprisingly, I did not tell Simon of what I'm craving for and he manage to recommend this place for its Xiao Long Bao.

After trying their Xiao Long Bao, I still think Din Tai Fung is the best. I just love theirs. I don't know why. :-) I feel the skin of 中国餐厅 is slightly thicker. For the other food items, it was cooked too oily. I don't like greasy stuff as I will get tired and full easily.

But the food wasn't the main topic of the day. Main topic is celebration for my birthday. Hehe! I always love gathering with my friends and start gossiping! :-p

This year, we manage to catch Bee Leng for dinner at a date which is much closer to her birthday. We are only hours away from her actual day. Hehe!

This birthday girl is very cute too. I bought her a mini Polar cake and in return she got our a 6-pc mini fruit tarts from Prima Deli.

We had dinner at Jurong Point's Ichiban Sushi. Simon recommended the fried Salmon strips and a mixed don set.

All very yummy! I love the Salmon Don. It's good recommendations. He also told me that his wife love it lots. I love the sesame oil fragrance. It's very nice. Totally enhance the rice and Salmon together with the little pieces of chilli on it. :-)

After dinner, we just went for a short walk before heading back home. Bee Leng can't go back too late so we just went off too.

I think our next outing will be next month. :-)

I managed to meet my ladies @ Jurong Point only today.
Last Thursday was actually Jacinta's b'day but I can't make it last Friday to celebration for her due to Darling's b'day so we postpone till today.

We meet at Jurong Point's Ichiban Sushi for dinner. Peili was having sore throat so she can't take food that is too heaty or spicy.

At Ichiban sushi, I was caught by Simon & Lixin. Hehe! I didn't spot them at first. They were actually hiding at a side observing me & giggling. I think I make myself look like a fool. :-p

After dinner, we accompany Jac to shop around for CNY clothes.
I like the dress she fancy at M)phosis. It's beautiful especially the satin material one. But washing it has to be very careful. If not, it will be spoilt.

As for myself, I manage to spot a bag which has 3 uses - Sling, shoulder & clutch.
I was contemplating whether to get it or not while Jac is trying out her dress in the changing room. Well, after some advise from Peili, I decided to get it. Hehe!

Although the price is not super cheap, it's reasonable I think. Well, good buy I feel. Now I have a new bag to go JB with me tomorrow. Keke!

It's my Darling's birthday today and I'm a bad girlfriend.

Well, it's another unexpected one and I'm too committed to my job.
I had to work overtime at the last minute as Jenny is on leave and I made Darling wait for almost an hour. Haiz... I'm so bad right?

At first I thought I can buy Darling a fabulous dinner but we ended up with some casual. We went to Cafe Cartel @ IMM.

We ordered 2 main courses & 1 side.

We managed to finish the food very quickly as we are both hungry.

When it comes to billing, I wanted to buy this dinner as a little makeup for the previous but Darling did it coz he had promotional rates when he pay with his cards.

After dinner, we walk around before heading home.

P/S: I hope Darling had an enjoyable dinner just now. Sorry to make him wait for me so long.

Ok! I know that I am bad that I didn't manage to make it in time for the dinner as promise.

But I still show my presence right??? Hehe! Hope Terence don't mind that I'm late for his birthday celebrations.

Although I didn't manage to have a piece of the cake physically but I already had it psychologically.

They had dinner @ Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe @ Marina Square & we shifted to Woodlands for supper around 11pm. Woodlands was decided coz we want make things more convenient for WeeXiong & the Woodlanders.

We had a nice time chatting about everything under the sun again. I gained more knowledge too. Learnt about a few more religions.

By the way, the birthday gift that we have presented to Terence was a Nokia Bluetooth Headset. Hope it will make things more convenient for him during his working hours. :-)

Every year without fail, I will be accompanying Joyce on her birthday. But this year, it has been a different case. Well, to cut it short, I still celebrate for her but it's a day earlier. We also celebrated for Yan in advance as it's hard to find time together. Thus yesterday, we decided to go a restaurant near Bugis called "Indulgz".

We meet @ Bugis MRT as usual after our work. But too bad Jiali didn't manage to join us as she is not feeling very well.

Upon reaching, we found that we still have some time so we took photos with the Christmas decorations @ Parco Bugis.
(I have to thank Joyce for making the reservations @ Indulgz. Poor her that being one of the main lead still have to make arrangements. :-p I'm really naughty!!!)

Our dearest Yan was so nice that she brought a bottle of red wine to share and the corkage charge there was reasonable.

But I felt the food there wasn't very delicious. It's just average to me. Coz the soup that was served wasn't hot. It was just lukewarm. So it was abit of turnoff.
The spaghetti and lamb stew was nice. Cheese Fries was ok. The overall experience that I will rate will be 3/5.

We also ordered a chocolate fondue as our dessert. But too bad, we were too engrossed in snapping photos with our digital cameras and Yan's polariod till the chocolate was harden again. The candle below the chocolate wasn't good enough to keep the chocolate liquidify.

Then headache come back again. we have problems with distributing the polariod photos. So we placed them on the table and group them into categories but distributing.

Birthday Girls with their pressies...

I hope they will love it lots. :-) The Agnes B tag was very beautiful and when Joyce & I caught it at first sight, we found it very suitable for Yan. And the Chloe Perfume was Joyce's favourite!!! She has been eyeing for it for a very long time. Finally was helped her to fulfil it!

That night, the 3 of us were so busying with taking photos and gossips. We stay till Indulgz closing time and we got to leave. Haha! It's was rather 'paiseh' to have the shop staff hinting to you that they are closing soon.

After that, we are still not done with the photo taking and I think this is the first year that we took with photos together.(R762800-00-410622)

We did lots of posture for the photo taking with Lee Hwa's beautiful "Heart". It's the prettiest at Bugis Junction this year. It's so glittery. And while photo taking, we neglected our bag and the security guard came over and forewarn us about it.

It's was a fantastic night yesterday. I had so much fun. Especially when we try to speculated other things.

Hope Joyce & Yan will enjoy themselves on their birthdays and I hereby wish both of them all the best!

Some things are unexpected.
Just like the birthday celebrations for OCM. Hehe! A big group of us had just celebrated for him last Saturday. And now, we manage to 'date' him out for another round of simple celebrations on the actual day 2 days ago.
This is totally out of expectation.

We decided to try out the food at Old Town Coffee so we went to the Bukit Timah outlet.

The prawn mee is nice. Taste good for me. The nasi lemak looks good and according to Terence & CheeMing, it tastes nice also. French toast is for Violent and the rest is just appetisers and desserts for CheeMing & myself. Haha! We are big eaters.

We hang around there for chats and went over to Beauty Shopping Centre and shopped at their supermarket. After that, we headed back to our individual house. Hope CheeMing is happy with this simple arrangement. :-)

I don't why. Recently I had so much things on that make me late for appointments. It's always the case that when I don't have appts, then I'm so free and bored. But once I have it, it's always so packed. Haiz...

But nevertheless, I still manage to join the guys for dinner @ Bali Thai for CheeMing's b'day celebrations.

They ordered alot of food. Including my favourite Green Curry Chicken. :-) I love it so much that thinking of it also make me drool. Haha! The whole dinner was paid by the birthday boy as usual. He always like to buy us dinner. Next time, we have to buy him a big one.

This dinner cost ard S$280.

After dinner, we shifted to Bt Batok McDonald @ Blk 151 for our usual chatting and jokes session. We also presented our birthday gift to him there.
I got him a cake from Polar Cakes. We sang him the birthday song so loudly that the table beside us also got abit annoyed. ;-p Then we are so creative that we manage to form Chee Ming's initials with the 7 cups of green tea we bought. Haha!

I hereby wishes CheeMing a very HAPPY 26TH BIRTHDAY and all the best wishes to him!!!

After attending Simon's ROM on Tuesday, we met again on Thursday for his birthday celebrations with BeeLeng. Grace can't make it at the eleventh hour. This was the 2nd time. Actually it suppose to be a farewell dinner for Grace also.

We went to Secret Recipe at IMM as propose by Simon.
The servings of the main dishes were huge. It almost burst my belly. Haha! I like my lobster sauce. It's yummy. Bee Leng's Chicken Corden Bleu is rather special too. Similiar to the one I had at Lavender the other day. Simon's Lamb Stew was filling also. He got sick of it towards the end. Guess there's too much meat n potato. Hehe!

We ordered a total of 2 set meal. Each set meal comes with a soup or cake & drink. Simon got the soup - Cream of Pumpkin and we got a slice of cake to share which we take it as a birthday cake for Simon.

It's Chilled Strawberry Cheese. Quite nice. :)
Birthday boy is smiling so happily with his cake in hand. :-D

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MY DEAREST BROTHER!!!

It was quite a last minute gathering. I only inform GZ to try gather our usual gang for dinner in the morning. He was so efficient. He manage to get Terence, Wee Xiong & Hong Ye which was good enough. And I got Meifang. :-)

Birthday boy didn't know anything on the day. I only sms him that I will bring him out for dinner and ask him to get ready. Haha! But I guess he had expected something to be on for him. Anyway it doesn't matter much.

Venue was chosen by me. Hehe! I pick Cafe Cartel as I think it was quite reasonable and the serving was ok.

Here's our order. :-) Everyone was hungry by the time we all arrived. Hehe!

So we had a total of 4 basket of bread before the main courses were served.

Then we started the sabotaging session the moment dessert was ordered. Haha! It was only decided when all the main course were served as we do not know whether we will b bloated or just nice. :-p

The 5 of us were all sabotage by the Birthday Boy! He added so much maple syrup. But it taste good with it too. Hehe!

Then he started to feed each of us a mouthful of the waffle. Hehe! We are so honoured to be the first few that he fed. I wonder if his gf will get jealous or not when the photos got exposed. Haha!

(Hong Ye wasn't in the photo as he got some things on. He join us at a later timing and we forgotten to take photo.)
