coLLeagues that I have not seen for sometimes... The coLLeagues that I love working with... My former JTC coLLeagues... The most workable team that I have came across so far. Working with them has been my most memorable memories ever...

Got a call earlier from one of the Uncles there... Uncle Chan. He called me so suddenly that caught me with surprise. He called just to send me invitation for tonight's dinner n ktv. It was an event for the sales department of ZF. I was definately the VIP of that night. It is rather unbelievable that I was invited... and Terence offered to give me a ride but sad to say that his car got into a minor injury outside my company. So suAy... It's all because of a TNT van.

A total headcount of 13 persons. Dinner was @ CaFe Vienna. It serves International Buffet. It was nice. I was in the table with all the guys and William is in the table with all the ladies. There was so much laughter around. With CHan n Randall, there will definately be lots of color jokes flying... WeLL I m so used to hearing them in the office.

After CaFe Vienna, we proceed to CineLeisure's KBox. Heard that it was organised by Mandy. But when there, Joyce Pay was comparing with last year's event. She commented that it was better last year. Hehe! Inside my heart, I was so happy as I m the organiser of last year.

I left for home @ 11pm. But before I left, Uncle Randall insisted that I have to drink at least 1/3 mug of draft beer... Since I can't get my back off this, I return with only 3/5 mug full and my task is accomplished. My Dear is still worry about me at home and I assure him that I m still well and sober... will not get drunk with this little bit of beer but just that I make him keep me accompany on the way home... Haha!

aLthough throughout the night there are some moments that I m feeling awkward but I must say I really enjoy their accompany. I hope they feel the same too. And thanks ZF for the dinner & entertainment that night...

Last nIght was the nIght that I Laugh so much after so Long... ReaLLy enjoyable and the 1st time that I was out so late on weekdays...

As pre-arrange, Hao and Joyce is suppose to meet me 6.30pm @ Far East Plaza. But due to the wet weather and things, they only turn up just before 6.50pm. At first we wanted to go eyebrow trimming together but as there is a time lag thus I decided to go ahead with mine first.

After eyebrow trimming, Joyce popped by GrIpz again. Her favourite shoes shop. I must confessed that their shoes are really pretty but to me, I don't think they are feasible for me as they will bite my feets. Then down to OsmOse where Joyce went to try her lacy barbie dress. Too bad it does not fit nicely on her due to the cutting if not I can bet that she will bound to get it. By then, Kenny came to join us. But the weather outside is still wet, somemore our tummies are growling. Time to get food...

Suggestions came in... Finally we settled down for Outback Steakhouse @ Millennium Walk. In total, we ordered 2 sides, 4 mains, 1 dessert and 3 drinks. For information, their soft drinks are free flow @ the price of $3.90. We tried out Cheese Fries and Bushman Shrooms. Nice dishes!!! Personally I prefer the Bushman Shrooms more as I m a mushroom girl. The button mushrooms are juicy. As for the mains, we ordered Chicken on the Barbie, Aussie Chicken Tenders, Ribs on the Barbie and Shrimp and Mushrooms Pasta. All taste great! Actually @ the first look at my Aussie Chicken Tenders when served, I thought it was like KFC's popcorn chicken. But when tasted, it was not the same. :-) Their sauce blend well too. Dessert, we have got the Chocolate Thunder From Down Under. Chocolate! My favourite. Hehe! But the previous dishes make me too full thus unable to take much of the chocolate n brownie. Since I m too free being around, I decide on cracking some jokes. With my decision made, I started. The rest start to join in. The restaurant has been filled up with our noise and laughter. I laughed till my tears was about to roll down. Dinner ended at 10.30pm...with compliments from Kenny. At that time, I was starting to feel tired already. But Joyce say that Hao's mood wasn't very good, so hopefully we can end the night slightly later. Thus Kenny suggested we go to the arcade @ Marina Square where the guys play billiard and ladies play pool.

After 3 games of pool, we 2 ladies was tired. Decide to change over to car racing. Haha! I was driving so badly. Inside my heart, I was thinking that how to pass my driving test that is coming soon??? Soon it was 12mn. I was totally drained by that time. I requested the guys to finish up their game and we make a move. I was almost in motionless mode. Really tired... Haven't recover from the previous late nights' outing... And this weekend there is another one coming up...

When I opened my house mailbox just now, to my surprise, I saw a card with very familiar handwriting attention to me... Yes! Very familiar handwriting... The handwriting that I have been seeing for the past 5 years...

It was a christmas card from my ex-boyfriend. Enclosed in it, there was a little gift. $20 Takashimaya shopping voucher. I was rather surprise that he still remembers my home address so clearly.

I sent a thank you sms to him for the things he did for me... I do appreciate the things that were done for me... But too bad, time cannot be reversed... We will not be able to be together again. I understand how dearly he loves me but I just can't do the same again. All I can say is 'Sorry'...

This is the best gift I have ever received on Christmas...
I was totally melted when I received them... It was such an expensive gift. Thanks dear. Thanks for all the sweat and hard work that was put in. I was really touched. Really moved by your actions...

A plain and scented pink paper with beautifully drawn Chicken Little characters on it. Emotional and touching wordings all spread around. So beautifully decorated. Please be sure that I will keep this safely and find a frame to frame it up.
A beautifully designed butterflies pendent and chain. The sweetest gift I ever received... I will treasure them very much.

I really really appreciate them alot... They are totally priceless to me...

Merry Christmas to aLL...

2005 Christmas is ending in an hours time and I just found out how I spend my whole Christmas day. I was practically sleeping all day long...

Yesterday was a wet day. So nice to sleep but I have got a bbq party to attend. @ Terence's house. I was suppose to join them shopping for BBQ stuffs but in the end in view of my many late nights earlier, I seek permission from them to exempt myself from the shopping.

Haha! no one can imagine that including myself with such an exemption, I make my way down and reach Terence's house nearly 8pm. Haiz... who to b blame for all this? Myself, I am such a slacker. I waited and waited for the rain to stop before I make my way to the bathroom. Coz I don't carry umbrella out to spoil my image. And also, with the umbrella, I can't go anywhere tonight. Thus I waited and waited...

Finally, rain has stopped. My time has come for me to go and prepare and get ready for the BBQ. But before making the way down, I got to go to West Mall and get some stuffs settled. First to make payment for my colleague's belt - Reservation was made on Friday. Second was to check out the stock of Motorola Pink Razer for my dear Joyce... She wanted it badly and I manage to get one for her - Reservation was made but @ Paragon, thus her poor Mum has to make her way down just for her little darling. Joyce, I am envious of you having such a great Mother. After this, 1 more miscellaneous task(to buy batteries and plastic cups) and I was down to Terence's house in a cab... When I got on the cab and told Uncle the address, he was unfamiliar. Haiz got to show him the way based on my memories. I was only there 2-3 times. Never mind about that, I still manage to reach his house which is the most important point.

Once I reach, there are food prepared for me. Nice of them aren't they? They really treat me like a princess. So good arh! Being such a glutton, I have been eating and eating since 8pm till 10pm... Lots of food. Nice n yummy! The guys really did a good job in marinating. Shall employ them next round when there's a BBQ session.

I left the place at 10.30pm to go for my 2nd seesion... Suppose to go MOMO but in the end I went Cosy Bay... Nice environment. Good place for gathering and romantic place for couples. But just too bad for people living in the West side and without car. Coz it is situated at Kallang... Was down there for a drink and snacks again... Haha! I guess other then being a glutton for this year Christmas, I don't know what I am already. I have been eating from Friday...

What to do??? I am a super glutton this year... In a few days' time, I am going to make my new year resolution and this will be in it... But in the form of 'Stop being a Glutton in 2006'!!!

PhEw! I have been doing so much shopping this 2 days... Shop till I went broke this time... This is really my first time in life... The feeling is nice. As to be able to shop without stress n thinking... Really a cure for my tense-up life.

This shopping trip and mark the welcome back for my darling girl, Joyce... She has been back from Australia. Nice trip, she says.

Well, once back, I drag her to undergo a rebonding treatment for our hair. Then out for her birthday celebrations... With so many 1 litre bottles of rebonding shampoo n conditioner in our hands and the late night @ Orchard Party World. I had to call my saviour - Kenny to come n join us. Haha! Okie lah, not really that I want to make use of him in such a way. Just wanna get him to accompany me and send the 3 of us back. 3 of us means that me, Joyce n Joyce's bf (Hao). I wanted him to accompany me as the group there are all Joyce's colleagues. Although I knew some of them but then we are not very close friends and I will feel awkward and funny.

tHe day's itInerary...
I took half day off in the afternoon, metup with her after a month. Head straight down to Papilio for our hair... once on the seat, we were stick here till 7.30pm... Other then that, only able to get up n wash our hair.

wIth out nice & new hairstyle, down we went to Hilton, to get the yummy Tiramisu cake. A gift send to her from me and Kenny... with sPecIaL wordings "Happy 21st Birthday to Joyce & Happy 5th Year Anniversary" chosen by herself. Due to the forgetfulness of the wordings, we walk up n down Orchard...coz we got to wait for about 30-45mins and we don't wish to stand there n wait. In the end, both of us were so drained that we decided to go for our late dinner and take a rest.

Outside Swensens it was so crowded. Plans has to be changed. Deposited the cake @ Party World, off we both to NYDC @ Heeren. Their hours have been extended to 2am. Which is good for them as it will bring in more business. Previously was till 10pm and there's once that I wanted to go there and have dinner @ 9.30pm, they start to refuse to accept their customer.

Finished dinner, walking @ Heeren top levels... Come upon xOdius, fall in love with a pair of shoes but too bad, i forgo it in view of the bad service attitude of the sale assistants. But manage to get a vacuum flask for company's xmas gift exchange.

Other then that, a neoprint was taken and we went to Cairnhill Carpark to wait for Kenny to arrive...

While waiting, there is something that really pissed me off...
A group of China pple, they practically never realised that we are standing there? We were there for quite awhile and yet this guy can walk in front of me and almost bump into me. It was only a 10cm difference = a plastic bag difference. Stupid guy!!! Really Really stUpId! I can't really stand their attitudes. If he bump into me that day... I will definately not give face to anyone including the birthday girl... Sorry to Joyce. But I can't let them insult me!

weLL, anyway after so much commotion, the kTv session @ PArty World went smoothly. Everyone had enjoy themselves and had such a great time. FUN! FUN! FUN!

aNd this makes the end of the fIrst dAy ceLebratIons...

2nd dAy started early for me. I got to wake up @ 8.30am and rush myself for the driving lesson. But lucky me, I still manage to get my instructor even though I did not book my specific group slot. Lesson went smoothly and ended, while waiting @ BBDC for Kenny to come pick me up, I went to topup my account and realise that I got my Practice & Evaluation Fees refunded. Yeah! I can save on $30+ and don't need to come up with that amount inadvance.

Reach West Mall, and both of us are early... thus accompany Kenny to shop around for clothing. Haha! there's a strategy here... Let him shop first then later while me and Joyce shop, he can't complain! Yeah!

Osmose was our first n final destination for WEst MaLL... Shop shOp round and I spend another hundred plus dollars... wELL this is in preparation of the upcoming season.

After that drop Hao off for work and we went Suntec City. Hehe! Collection for our order (Osmose).

Suntec was packed with pple... So squeezely... But that was alright as we still manage to get our things. Joyce got a Adidas Pink Cap in replacement for the one she lost @ Australia. We also manage to meet Adelene for a drink and she gave Joyce a birthday surprise. It's very sweet of her. She bought Joyce a Mont Blanc Perfume... If I m not wrong, it's the StarWalker Series.

Walking and spending much in the day, really aching for my physical and mental. But one last thing was, we manage to end the day with a movie @ CineLeisure... King Kong ...

nOt nice to be sick... n unknowningly I gotta some virus from someone whom I dun know.

Was still well and healthy on Monday afternoon but evening I start to feel the virus attacking slightly... Very very mild. Till when I reach home, I start to feel sore in my throat...

Tuesday morning woke up, not so bad and just dun want to let it worsen thus opt for 'water parade' lah... Drown myself with 'tons' of water but nothing helps... Just too bad...virus too strong what to do?

Coughing n sneezing... The sneezing was the worst... It was hard till my back pain... Haiyo... Hopefully not another problem was created...

The virus is definately not giving me a good time this round... Pray hard it will soon b over. Over with this goudy feeling...

I was rather sad ytd... I lose around 10 songs. But this is due to no one's fault lah... backup was done but unforeseen things still happen.

This is unpredictable.

Well... this is how it happens...
Kenny came over to look at my new computer yesterday... Got him to install all the respective software that I wanted to have into my new computer and partition. The soundtracks are downloaded the previous night. When he came over, I gotten him to do the backup on the soundtracks but then who knows the writer and the system fail us. He did recheck the disc and the items are there... then... when I wanted to transfer all my songs into my dear little player, to my horror the CD was emptied! Arghh!... tonight I got some more tasks to do... Haiz... bUt I dun blame him or anyone... Just some more roaming round the internet n abit of late nights...

Ups & dOwns of Life came running in again...

I was stressed with work... Today the stress came in... although it's not those super stressful one but this is enough for me... At first things are smooth, I thought at least I can perform well infront of my boss and who knows due to the import & export rules impose by Singapore Government, I was trapped... I was held by a spider web... A thousand odd dollars web... Very expensive one... Partially due to my neligence. Never had much experience on the transhipments. Pple request thus I do. And now created more trouble for myself instead. Now I m trying to struggle hard to get out of this mess...

fROm 1st December 05 onwards, I have officially gotten back my ADSL Broadband line. This round I subscribed from Singnet. I trust them more then Pacific Internet & Starhub. The service from Pacific to me really bad. I dread it thus I terminate their broadband services on November.

In this new subscription, I manage to get some freebies out from it. As being the existing dial-up subscriber, there is an upgrade promotion offer. For 1500kbps, when you sign up 3 years contract, there will be a free DELL desktop and modem. This set is just nice for me. Hehe! I'm so happy and waiting for the desktop to arrive @ my house this weekend... Then maybe I will start to try out Maple. Shall see whether to save an account with my brother or not. Maple seems so nice and exciting... So sweet but it's addictive... Thus will put some consideration on it.

hAd a Little class gathering last friday... Although it is only the 8 of us but we had so much fun around.
Attendance List - Choon Kiat, Eunice, Liling, Jess, Michelle(Chia Yee), Jane, Ms Khoo & Me.
Venue:Plaza Singapura's Cafe Cartel

It was our first gathering for the Year. Time really flies. The last time that I saw them was during the graduation ceremony. It has been a year. This round's meeting, we had so much fun. Chit-chatting and cracking so much jokes... Talking about the lecturers that taught us before... Getting to know what each of us have been doing for the past year.

Some updates from the gathering...
Lecturers...
1) Ms Ng Lee Keng has left NP. It's sad to hear that. She is one of the best lecturers that I have met. She taught me Principles of Marketing & Service Innovative Strategy. Overall in conclusion, she is the a Marketing Lecturer. She is a very nice lady that gives good advices and encouragements. But it was heard that she has left for another education career which is @ ITE...
2) Ms Chen Peiyi, my Business Statistics lecturer cum tutor... Still hasn't recover from her throat fully. Perhaps this is due to the amount of Diet Coke she drink everyday. Well, no one can stop her from drinking. She is just like our empress... Can't afford to make her angry... If no choice and she got angry, then the only solution was to supply her with Diet Coke. Sophiscated Lady too. Love pple to compliment her but that's every girl's dream that have pple's compliments. Haha! This includes me!
3) Ms Koh Poh Tee, the well-known lecturer in NPBS. Great business economics lecturer. I simply love her way of teaching. But everytime I b4 I go to her class, I will b in fear of her questioning skill. Her 'WHY?' but this is the way to help us understand and drill the theory into our brain. But now, age is catching up with her and recently heard that she underwent cateract operation... How true, I m not too sure...
4) Back to the Ms Khoo Lay Hoon, her son is already 13months... so fast... Remember my last visit was on her baby's 1month plus. So I m wondering when is her next darling coming???

Classmates...
1) My Primary school cum Polytechnic Year 3 classmate... Wendy (Aizhu). Heard that she has gone throught ROM and her wedding reception is on 28th December 05. Congratulations!
2) Jodie is staying in Australia. Is back for holidays now...
3) Jane is going to KL for her idol Andy Lau's concert. As usual, she is still working @ Luxury Tours...
4) Jess has annouced that she will be getting married next year on 18th June 05. Details are not yet out. Congratualations to her first!
5) Chia Yee is studying part-time @ SIM(UOL)... same as Winnie but she is doing full-time. Chia Yee now working @ a telecommunication company but quitting soon to concentrate on studies...
6) Choon Kiat, the slacker of the group... Practically can see him online everyday. Wonder what he do in camp everyday. He told us he is only a signaller in name only due to his knee condition. Another MC king that always think of ways to obtain absent leave. Although he is a slacker but then he is a gentleman. He treats us to the night's dinner.

Basically, the rest are either studying or working... nothing special for the moment... But there might be new things coming up as I will be going to the Np Graduates Tea Party this Saturday... 1-3pm...

I m so disappointed with myself these few days... Seems like in debate battle with my colleague. How did this came about??? Her fault or mine? Haiz... Mayb we are both too stressed with work life. Trying to meet the demand from bosses and customers that contributes to it but glad to say that it dies off after 1-2hrs...

But that doesn't mean that I m good tempered too. I think recently I need to start on with my patience n tolerance training exercise... I have to stop all the frustrations I have...
