sPeciaL Sunday outing... I was far too surprised by Shixiong... Yesterday while I was out with Mei Fang aft my 200min Final Theory Lessons, Shixiong msg me asking whether I have watch Madagascar... I wanted to watch this movie... so cute n funny, simply love the animals inside. Actually have been telling my best sis, Joyce that I wanted go but she simply have no time for me as she has to work n earn some pocket money as she is a shoppingfetish as describe by her blog. :) Thus not blaming her as she only has this holiday to earn big bucks...
n Today Shixiong msg ard 1.30pm and asked to go watch... I was so excited. Got my little bro along, as this holidays I haven't really pampered him nor brought him out n somemore now I m working thus take this little opportunity to let him mix around with the army guys n be more 'Macho' in future... haha!
Shixiong the co-ordinator the day, arrange the meeting time to be at 4pm n me help to do the booking online... I was grateful to myself even though I had to pay extra $0.50 by doing online booking coz the theatre was fully booked... So many pple was sitting in front of us... I was caught back as when I the booking @ 2pm it was empty in front... God bless us as we got quite a nice placing as heads do not need to b tilted too high up...
We were allocated the G-row from 8-12...
Actually we were late for the movie... coz the group of us, Terence, Guozhong, Shixiong, Eddie(my bro) n me were a bit dily-dally in actions...hehe! I was on time @ Causeway Point. Guozhong came shortly n Terence was late as usual... went out only at 4pm... Thus the 4 of us concluded that nxt gathering must definately tell him that the meeting time 30min in advance. While waiting for Terence, I suggested Guozhong to go eat as I know, he is always hungry n I scare later in cinema he can't endure... keke... We took carrot cake n drinks... Nice nice as I long long time never eat at Causeway Point Foodcourt n I misses the food... Used to work 1 year in Causeway Point...
Through out the movie it is so funny... 'Friendship' is the main theme. The four friends - Alec the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe and Gloria the Hippo. They have been living in the New York's Central Park Zoo n being honoured by the pple there... Especially Alec, he was treated the King there...
One day, it was Marty's 10th birthday and the other 3 were going to celebrate with him @ nite... That afternn, in Marty's rest area, there came 4 penguins who are planning an escape from the Zoo to get out of New York n back to wildlife so these penguins gave Marty an idea for his birthday wish...
This birthday wish came true as Marty run out in the middle of the night n the other 3 went searching for him...
All of them were caught as they are accused of escaping... with the penguins they were boxed up individually n ship out to another country with wildlife area for them to stay... but halfway through there are many adventures laying for the 4 friends n penguins...
With the adventures they met, the 4 friends realised how much they care for each other and how willing they are to scarifice for one another.
After the movie, I have been wondering will there be such true friendship out in the world? Mayb I have yet to meet any other the situation to make me realise that deep...
After the movie, we went walk walk ard Causeway Point... n ended up in Kampong Days for dinner. 5 dishes have been ordered and after filling our stomach then we tot of taking some pictures for the food... Haha... Mayb from the pictures, u can judged whether the food is nice n add one more outing for Father's Day celebration (Note: At Kampong Days, reservation is needed)
