Birthday CeLebration for the 3 pretty babes...

It was so unplanned for me even though I have been made known earlier that Darling will be the organiser for this gathering. Just that he did not extend the invitation to me by bringing me along at first because he is afraid that I might just tired myself out. They have the intention of going to Bishan after dinner but who knows after the dinner and cake cutting, it was already after 10pm.

Why my darling brought me down last minute? Coz he is the representative for the group to get the present for them. 3 presents for 3 ladies. Hard task for him as he is not frequent in buying presents for ladies but he definately have a good taste for that. Thus I offered him some assistance in choosing the perfume and clothes for BiLing. (nOte: I was there to b model for trying out the sizes. hOpefully the bLouse n skirt will fit BiLing nicely.)

During the previous gathering for MeiLing, GeokLing and Kwok Hwee's birthday presents, Darling did the shopping. As we were picking accessories for GeokLing, it was Darling we pick and ask for Wee Kiat's and my opinions. The Resin jewellery were nice but ex.

Dinner was at GaLiLee & Friends. The food there was rather alright. Pricing is also quite comfortable. And for UOB card holders, additional 5 percent discount. But the cake is not from them. It's from the Swensens opp. - Mango Tango. It's my first time trying out ice cream cake.

sOmeOne commented that it looks like the school principal presenting awards to the students. And what do you think?

I have not came across with such a phone that I will fall in love at fIrst sIght....

This will be the latest n-series phone from NokIa in June!!! n72. The sister of n70...

See the emboss at the back cover? The flower prints are beautiful. I love the black and pink combination which will show the wildness and sweetness of me probably. It also has a compatible pink ear piece! pErfEct sEt!!! bUt everything will be kept pending till it has launched in June 06. Meanwhile, I can sit back and drool at the picture first.

oh ya! for those who also fall in love with it! This is one of my consideration on this phone. I don't think it's a 3G phone. So far the specs I saw online does not state it is a 3G connectivity phone and it only have one 2 megapixels camera!!!

I am so happy that I have finally get hold of the basics in photoshop. This make me unable to resist from photo blogging this few days... Well, my skills are still very weak. Will try to improve in my creativity and skills.

Just manage to catch Joyce just now and have dinner with her. Although I meet her last Friday but then it was a rather short one. Hehe! Time was never enough for us when we are out together.

mY bOss got me a cake from CeDeLe - Bakery Depot. He came in with a slice of cake being toppled over... Well, I still appreciated his efforts alot.

Hehe! anyway, after I shower my care to the cakes, it's back to its original position.

Actually, I was joking complaining to Lilian and Kee on 17th that my boss was biased coz he did not initiate Lilian to buy cake. But last year when I told him it's Lilian Birthday and I was asked to buy a cake and a card.

I feel sorry about that and I really really appreciate it.

*cOmmEnts on the cake: It's very chocolatey till I almost can't make it to the end. After a bite, every inch in my mouth was fill with chocolate. It's totally chocolate inside and outside. A definate choice for true chocoholic.

mY bIrthday ceLebratIon start as early as on the 18th AprIL which make me wonder off in the date this year.

I spend my dinner on the 18th with my ex-colleagues then meetup with Darling @ school then proceed to UE Square to meet Joyce and Hao. From UE Square, we took bus to Paradiz for KbOx and sing our hearts out till 3am. WeLL but everyone seems so tired there only I m the one surviving till 3am.

tHe 1st cake that was presented to me on the 18th. WIth compliments from my colleague Lilian. So nice of her to get me a cake.

Having my first 22nd birthday meal @ Din Tai Feng - Wisma Atria.
This is the 1st time I m there. Found the menu slightly different. No 'rou bao' which my darling wish for. But I got myself a Mango Pudding as a birthday cake. Special right? To have a mango pudding as a cake. Haha!

Last night was out at Marina Square's Sakae sushi with Joyce again. The manager there also recognised me already. Have been there for so many times. And I simply love their Japanese style seats.

Sad to say, we ordered Chicken Kaminabe and Shitake Tempura but unfortunately they are all sold out. So we only stay put with Ika Tempura, Soft shell crab and Cha Soba.

Then also hanamaki, kajiki... Btw the Salmon sashimi and Ebi tempura were already down inside Joyce and my stomach without any traces left behind.
Not only eating and chatting... We also shopped around for new shoes and tops. Joyce gotten herself one very pretty GG>5 top which flatter the body alot. And for the shoes, they will be gotten on my birthday in view of the 20% I will have!

As we walked, we saw this multi colored lamps. The colors are changing every few seconds. Pretty! Pretty! I wonder how it will be like to seat below the lamps and enjoy the food @ Secret Recipes...

Went to Pasir Ris Chalet with Darling on Saturday. Well, everything has been renamed as Costa Sands Resort. Namely Costa Sands (Downtown East) n Costa Sands (Pasir Ris). This happen don't know since when. I think last year or so after they have officially merged and re-furnished. So for those who have not been updated, next time before you go, do check it out. And make sure the cab driver knows where you are going and drop you at the right chalet. But it's also not too far to walk. Can also treat it as a form of excercise unless u r carrying lots of bbq stuffs.

When everyone at the chalet was snapping away, we decided to do it also.

Now I am just waiting for Darling's friend to send him the photos which are loaded in their cameras and hp.

Btw, it's been a long time since I last doll up my hair in this cute cute hair-do liao. So I just act cute on the day and started off with 2 plaits but it got messy so ended up with 2 pony tails. Thus please please pardon me for trying to act cute!

A little reward for my Darling last week. It's to compliment him for his hard work put in his assignment.
Out of 10 questions, he got 3 questions up as the model answer for all.
I m so proud of him.

Note: Just some comments on this chocolate. It's sweet. So cherry blossom that the moment I taste it, it make me feel so pink and feel like surrounded with the cherry blossom. Although the feeling is great but I dun quite like the taste. Coz it seems so artifical. I still prefer the original KIT KAT!

I missed out last year's friendship day gathering @ Orchard. Heard that it was great fun then. Nice nice! Indonesian cuisine if my memory hasn't fail me. And this year, our organiser decided to have it @ Marina Square's Sakae Sushi. (ooohhh! my favourite!!!)

Well, on that day almost the whole group was late. I was considered the earliest. Arrving @ 2.30pm and the latest was around 4.30pm?

Well well, as we got hungry, we decided to go ahead without the latecomers. They shall have their own when they arrive. Hehe! As usual, I will order my Ika Tempura, Shitake Tempura and lots of other dishes including Kitsune Udon.

Look! This is the after effects of the table top. Only 5 persons and we took so much!

After a long long day... journey back home... on bus 106 where it can send all of us back!!!

I have been trying to act like a Marche Freak last week. Was there on Saturday then back to the same place on Friday. Don't say I love their food that much but it's just because I went with different group of friends. Saturday was for Jiafu's n Eric's birthday celebration and Friday was because of Joyce as she has a craving for Marche.

This is the list of food that was shared among the 3 of us... Nicole, Joyce n Me!!!

Cream of Mushroom & Crab meat with Chicken soup. All nice nice.

Smoked Salmon Rosti, Lobster Linguini & Calamari Rings.

Haha! Snapshot. I bet Joyce hasn't seen this pic up here. She will definately squeeze me to death if she seen it.
Well, actually she is being nice to me. Seeing I still haven't touch the food and got so pissed off with Singtel, she decided to feed me. So Darling, if you happen to see this, dun worry about me when I m out with Joyce. She will definately feed me to the fullest.
