I am a wealthy little woman on Saturday...

So long since I last spend so much money in an afternoon.

Hehe! I can't imagine the damage that was done. I know I got to face the after effects soon. But who cares? Let me enjoy first. Keke! The feeling of buying things without much consideration is always nice. But then it's wasteful if the item ended up collecting dust.

Here's the damage that has been done.

I bought the items without my darling around. I know he will be nagging @ me for not starting a saving a/c yet as promise. OoPs!!! Sorry darling, I m still the mischievous, naughty girl. Time for you to give me some spanking!

Ok! Just some info for readers!
I bought 3 sets of Uzap @ a go. (Price: 1st set: $268, 2nd set: $187.60, 3rd set: $241.20)
But 2 sets was for my dearie - Joyce and her colleague - Jane.
On top of the uzap, I was given an Osim Membership card which entitles 10% off for all items and 5% off for all massage chairs. So readers which wish to enjoy the benefits, just sms me for my NRIC No. then you will get the discounts.

As it was raining cats and dogs on Saturday afternoon before I get my Uzap, my wedges got soaked in the rain water. So after I have confirm on my purchase of 3 sets, one of the 6 strips come off. Argh!!! Look around IMM for nice sandals or heels but didn't manage to get replacement. As it still seem lasting, I decided to take the risk of delivering the Uzap down to Joyce @ her wrkplace and meet the army guys.

Meet the army guys @ Jurong Point and they were late as usual. This gave me the chance to shop in Charles n Keith. To my delight, I spotted the heels I wanted with my size. FYI, I have searching for it for 2 weeks. Immediately after purchase, I slipped on to it :-D

I m a happy woman of the day... Hehe!

I went with my colleague, Lena to try out the mani & pedicure services which was recommended by another colleague. The shop is at Clementi.

The lady was superb in her art pieces. She is the only person doing the painting and nail art. Her name is Gladys Chan. She recommended me to paint my toes as Strawberry as it will make me very sweet. As for my hands, it was a very last minute decision to have it painted after seeing my sweetie toes.

Well, if I have enough finance support, I don't mind looking for her to do designs to my nails for long-term. Gladys' charges are quite reasonable for the nail art. It's $1 per finger for my hands and $10 for express manicure. As for my toes, I paid $38 for pedicure and the designs.

I was wondering I m suffering frm a very mild depression last night after my wisdom tooth extraction...

Things doesn't seems to be going the right way like I always did... I just did something which I will never or seldom do...

1) I just feel like crying out after the extraction was done... Sort of a loss when I was out of the room... Just the sense of lost and no one there to support me. (*It's time for me to be independent...)

2) I walk home all the way from the dental clinic. It was 7+ close to 8pm and I walk all the way under the slightly dim orange street lights. A distance of approx. 4 to 5 busstops. I wasn't in the frightened mood.

3) Come to bedtime, I m feeling like a little girl who wish to have someone by her side to pamper her, console her and sayang her.

4) I teared so unknowningly... Infront of TV and even teared to sleep. ( this is becoz of the pain and missing Darling's call & concern. But I know he is busy n upset but I guess I just can't accept it at that moment of time.)

5) I refused all the food that Mum offered to make for me. I am suppose to take medicine after food but becoz of no food intake, I skip medication. ( Antibotics, Anti-swelling and painkillers)

6) I thought I can get to sleep without painkillers but I admit defeat after 2 hrs of tossing and drowsiness on bed, I decided to pop a painkiller with an empty stomach.

7) I had thoughts that I wasn't supposed to have. I seems to lose the trust and faith in things and pple around me. My thoughts are running wild uncontrollingly.

Well well, after the trauma I went thru last night, today I woke up feeling better. It's just probably a hangover. I will b popping by office ltr to meet boss even my MC is on...

I just came back from the dental clinic an hour ago...

My wisdom tooth was extracted... No pain during the extraction till now... I believe it will be the after effect... It must be real painful later...

I just feel like crying after the extraction. It was painless but scary to me. (I dun mean to scare those who are reading this blog.) It seems like a piece of me was cut off. I came out of the room shivering.

How I wish my darling was with me... Darling where are u???

I was scolding myself throughout the flight to Kuching...

I m really funny, silly and stupid... I can't imagine I did such a thing...

I m really cartoon... Haiz... the stupid thing I did is... ... I did not bring my sd memory card...

I got to know it when I was on flight. I was intending to take a pic of the food that was serve and then when I on my camera... " No memory inside"... I was dumb-folded for minutes...

Then I told myself no choice... got to live without camera for days... coz my friend nv bring camera too...

It was short nice trip. But slightly boring also as the pace of the city is very slow...

Unlike Singapore, there wasn't any nice shopping malls. Only 3 that you can spend a bit of time with. Not only that, the prices of the items there are practically over-priced. It's exactly the conversion of Singapore price. (which is double) But their pple there is earning very little. Their normal shop assistants, waiters, waitresses earn roughly ard RM300-500. Thus the demand of shopping and products are not high and supply thus drop this way.

Just like simply an Osim Uzap, I enquired the price there and it was RM 798 (but there is a promotion now : RM 698) but in Singapore, it was going @ SGD 268 and 30% off the 2nd piece. And do you think there will be pple buying it?

Frankly speaking, it's nice to take a break there and see how the pple live there. They have my full admiration. Thinking of how the pple there are contented with wat they have now and looking back at myself, I m considered a total failure I think. Well, usual Singaporeans aren't contented. But there pple there who holds 2 degrees but earning RM 3000-5000 a month. So what more can I say abt the life there?

There are always good and bad things. The more comparsion I make, the more contradicting it will get. I will stop here and touch abit of my trip.

1st day:
Arrived in Kuching, it's already 3.30pm. Took a rest, washup and prepare for dinner. Had dinner @ the Italian Restaurant in Merdeka Palace.

2nd day:
I went to the cultural village which shows all the different types of houses and culture that Sarawak has. I also went to the Damai Beach resort. It was very beautiful. I love the scenery. But it was raining in the evening thus not much of places that we can roam.

3rd day:
We went to the fishing village and get some salted fish. The village had their road names named after fishes. E.g. Tilapia. Then proceeed to town taking a walk round their 3 'major' shopping mall. Never really grab much things. Then proceed to the souvenir shop to purchase pepper and some little gifts.

4th day:
Nowhere to spend my time as I will be taking the flight at 11.10am. Thus wake up, then do some packing and off to the airport...

Don't mention SMART Cab in front of me for this period till my anger is dissolved...

They have angered me by giving a light kiss on my Darling's Nissan Sunny's bumper. Scratches and a little dent were created on this darling of ours. ( Sorry if the photo wasn't very clear.)

Although physical damage wasn't serious but the emotional damage was done. This experience of my bf has added to my database of reckless taxi drivers. It's very dangerous to b seated in a super-duper spacious cab now I feel. I can't imagine if I were to b involve in an accident...

Well, just a paragraph of what actually happened.

14th July @ 7.51am - Queensway Shopping Centre Traffic Light b4 right turn to Alexandra Road.
Dar's car @ Lane 1, stationary with foot brakes on. Then from the back came this taxi who was unable to brake in time decided to lane change. No enough space in between and thus Dar's car's bumper was kissed. At that time, my dar heard a bang but not too sure what has actually happen as the car did not move @ all. When he reaches office and check the bumper, damage was done... Haiz! Too bad my dar did not manage to catch the taxi car plate as everything happened very fast. Lucky for the driver. But Dar has lodge a complaint to the cab company.

But I believe, the earth is round... what the driver has done will get his retribution sooner or later...

It has been a long time since I feast this way. It's not easy to find the right companion. But right now, I have gotten 1.

I was out with Grace last night @ Marina Square area. Hehe! We were there as we had to deliver a file to our counterpart from Germany. He is staying in Meritus Marina Mandarin. Nice Hotel! With all the ladies dress in high slits 'qipao'. But one thing I found that it was weird. I don't really get to see bellboys opening the door but the ladies. Well, maybe that's their culture.

After finishing our errands, we went to Marina Square and decided to settle our dinner there. I tried out 'Dian Xiao Er' which I have been aiming for a long time. Everytime I was there, it was long queue. This round, when it haven't started it's business, it was already 5-6 couples outside the restaurant. There is also this early bird discount between 5.30-6.30pm Monday-Thursday for 1st 10 tables. 12% off ala-carte items. Good savings n not so packed. Great choice for both of us.

We tried the above items... Love the herbal roasted duck drumstick. You can also choose breast meat. The snow pea and celery were fried with salted fish and dried sotong. And their 'Xiao Er Homemade Tofu' all very tasty. But their dessert of the day not so worth the price. $3.00 for this sea coconut and longans. Sprite was added in. While tasting it, Grace and I was teasing each other that next time we will make for ech other. Haha! Mayb for those who thought of patronising their store can consider their Hashima - $6.50 or their Birdnest - $18.00. It might be more worth then my dessert...

After dinner, it was still early... We walk down to Suntec City and then back to Marina Square... Haha! Went round and round. Looking for a pair of Charles & Keith heels but not available. Sad... In the end Grace got hers.

Going round n round, we happen bypass Coffee Club and Grace was commenting they serve nice brownie with Ice Cream. So temptation arouse in me and I wish to try out. As we sitted in, we changed our mind and had Fresh Fruit Fondue and a hazelatte for myself.

Haha! being chocolate lovers ourself, we finished the dipping and ask for more. To our surprise, we were told we had to pay $3 for a fresh new dipping. But the kind service girl help us to request for slightly more dip to finish our fruits at no extra charges. Thumbs up for her! Too bad, I didn't manage to get her name.

After we finish with the desserts, we head back home with a tired body... and get set for tml...

Went to Clementi's NTUC on Thursday to check out Meiji's product. To my surprise, I didn't see much of their products there. But I spotted something new...

Limited Edition Kit Kat - Fruit Parfait.

Try out the chocolate with DarLing on Saturday. It tasted sweet. Just like those mooncakes' snowskin. In it there is some tiny sweet bits which enhance the taste. Nice Kit Kat I must say. Yummier then the lemon cheesecake for those who loves sweet stuffs.

Last 5 days were so fun... I have so much fun during lunch in office.

It was a nice experience where I go through a week of without walking to the canteen as we (Grace and I) were plain lazy and Simon (our bodyguard) wasn't around.

Just some recap of my lunch menu for the week.
Monday - Overnight food by Grace (It's very tasty and nice. Don't always have the thought that overnight food is tasteless.)
Tuesday - Mee Rebus takeaway by my maintenance guy. (It's yummy! Can challenge the one @ Bukit Timah.)
Wednesday - Ronald's Delivery... McSpicy Meal and 1 pc of pepper drumlet.
Thursday - Sandwiches Day... 'Homemade' hehe! all ingredients were bought to office and freshly stacked to eat according to our preferences.
Friday - Koka's low fat instant kway teow. (Fast and easy to cook. Had this becoz I will be off to Meiji after that for goodies.)

The above mention food seems so tasty as it was not regularly taken by us. Keke! If I were to have it every week, I think I will complain till no one can tahan me. Keke!

Finished on Lunch menu. Now let me recap what I had for dinner...
Monday - Takeaway Mushroom Rice with Sausage and Chicken chop from Clementi
Tuesday - Yuki-Yaki @ Marina Square to celebrate Hao's birthday. It was belated... We tried the ice cream making. It was fun but it wasn't very tasty though.
Wednesday - No dinner! Only potato soup! Coz I slept all the way from 6.45pm to 11.00pm. I was trying to throw a little tantrum @ DarLing but he didn't really notice. Anyway, it wasn't clearly shown.
Thursday - Takeaway Chicken Marcroni Soup from Clementi
Friday - Korea Spicy Mushroom Instant Noodles. ( My darling going to kill me for eating so many instant food in one day!!!)

Above were blogging on food but till now, I have not settle for anything but waiting for my Darling to fetch me out tonight's show @ Cathay Grand. Pirates of Carribean 2 - The Dead Man's Chest.

Which company produces those lovely, pretty and economical chocolate?

I think MEIJI is the one right???

Last friday was a sweet n lovely day... I went to Meiji's factory @ 36, Quality Road.
I didn't know that it's so nice to work in Jurong Industrial Area till then... All thanks to my colleague who brought us there.

By the way, for interested party who wish to pop by there and grab some cheap items, the shop is only operating on every Friday from 12 - 3pm. Accept cash only. No cash = no goodies.
Well, as usual, some items are cheaper then market price but some are the same.

As being a surprise trip for me n I do not have enough cash, below are the items that I have got... It's already almost $30... This wole bunch of goodies will b shared with my darling... All the fats n calories will b shared... hehe!*eviLish smILe...*

p/s: sOrRy dear, u got to bear with it coz ur darling here loves chocolate and long time I have not been fed with chocolates...

Highly Recommended:-
Macadamia Nuts coated with chocolate.
Blueberry Fran Chocolate Stick. (The blueberry flavour is very thick.)
Gummy coated with chocolate - Tube. ( I prefer the grape-flavoured.)

I was out to celebrate YanLing's 21st birthday with Darling, Sam and the guys. I got to know one more member of the group... Alicia(hope this is how she spell her name.)

Went to Suntec's Sizzler. eRmz, dun think I will turn back to the restaurant anymore with my Darling unless someone invites... Not really recommended as it's not that suitable for me... n not very tasty. So-so only... It can be guage by the no. of headcount during dinner hour. Only a handful of people. We have got 11 pax and no waiting or reservation.

The salad bar was mainly make up of potato & pasta. Even the main course have potato too. The soup was also very thick which you will get sick of.

Although food wasn't great but the party was successful... Love the cake from Crystal Jade also... ;)

I have been too much of a regular @ Sakae Sushi... have been patronising the same outlet in 2 consecutive days... Tuesday & Wednesday @ West Mall... with Fanny & Joyce respectively.

And the following food are those which I have not grown tired of...

1. Ebi Fried Handroll (Especially when the seaweed & ebi are crispy!)
2. Fried Tofu (Love it when it's so silky smooth.)
3. Cha Soba (Nice with wasabi in the sauce.)
4. Shitake Tempura (Must be big & juicy!)
5. Hana Maki (Must be Fresh Salmon Sashimi!)

Becoz of the above, it always give me the craving and temptation that I can't resist to...

Well, I was out with my Darling on Saturday... and finally I get to taste wat I have been waiting for. The DOn's chIckEn pIe. Hehe! It's nice and I fall in love with it @ the very first time I tasted it. And it was darling who recommended the pie to me. It was after knowing him then I get to taste nice food. In the past, I nv manage to... sAd rIght?

Don's pIe cLub do serve other pies like vegetable pie, black pepper chicken and chicken sheperd pie. So far I have tasted black peper chicken pie. It was great too. I will definately find time to taste the other flavours... Who want to join me?

I m starting to love them and their blueberry soda!!!
